Rural GP Funding Update
Normal Service Provided While Parties Work Together
Statement from South Canterbury DHB Chief Executive Chris Fleming:
South Canterbury District Health Board and the general practices of Temuka and Geraldine have agreed to work together to identify a sustainable solution around the provision of after-hours GP services to the people of Temuka and Geraldine.
While this process takes place, all parties have agreed that all general practice services in Temuka and Geraldine, including the provision of normal after-hours services, will continue as normal.
