Public Meetings
Meetings of the South Canterbury District Health Board and its committees are open to the public to observe.
Agendas and reports of meetings held in the past year are available for download. See the index on the left of this page.
Agendas and reports of meetings are available on the website 48 hours before the meeting, or available for inspection from 8:30 am, 48 hours before the meeting in the SCDHB Administration Building, High Street, Timaru, from the personal assistant to the CEO. Draft meeting minutes normally will be available for inspection at the above address seven days after the meeting date.
From time to time SCDHB will hold public meetings to provide information or seek community input into topical or high priority issues. These will be advertised in other media, as well as on this website.
