Public Health Nursing Service

The Public Health Nursing Service offers a range of free, confidential services which complement services available through general practitioners (GPs), including:
• Health information and advice about children’s growth, development, physical well-being and behaviour
• Home, school and community visits
• Youth Health Clinic
• Vision and hearing screening
• Health assessments
• Immunisation
• Education, including related to sexual health
• Family advocacy, support and advice
• Discussion of health service options and referrals
